Keystone Fitness Club

The concept of Keystone Fitness Club comes from Keystone habits. Keystone Fitness Club team believe regular exercise is a KEYSTONE habit that has power to transform your life. They believe if you start regular exercise program, you will not only improve your fitness & well-being but also you will feel better, feel more energized, eat better, become more confident, and your self-esteem will improve just by focusing on adding one thing in your life “Regular Exercise”.

Manny Singh, Owner/Director of Keystone Fitness Club found himself obese weigh 110 kg in 2006. He could relate to anyone who is struggling from obesity. He was depressed, had no confidence, no belief in himself whether he would be able to lose weight and get fit.

But then he started hitting the gym day after day. He still didn’t have confidence if he could lose weight but he used to tell himself just think about today and hit the gym. Eventually results started to appear. In 2010 he lost 40 kg and his weight was down to 70 kg. Since then he has become a confident, happier and healthier person. He exercises five days in week. He has completed many runs including RUN Melbourne Half Marathon & ASB Full Marathon (Auckland, New Zealand).

His new-found passion for health and fitness inspired him to open his first Gym Keystone Fitness Club, Upper Ferntree Gully and help others to get healthy and active. After a seven and half year corporate stint working for Telstra’s leading telecom, he decided to move on and started Keystone Fitness Club to provide affordable Fitness services to the local community. He believes Fitness transform lives like it did it for him. So, if you looking for an affordable, community focused, non-intimidating Fitness Club then you may contact Keystone Fitness Club.

From the Editor

Welcome to the first of the digital editions of The Foothills community news. Thanks to our wonderful team of volunteers that has put this edition together. Many are long term volunteers who you will have followed over several years and others are new writers inspired by the opportunities of the new digital edition.

We are keen to grow the Foothills with your contributions. If you have a club, a school or an interest that you’d like to tell us about each quarter then please contact me so we can arrange for your own column. We also welcome photos and quick news stories that we can use to update the Foothills between editions. Send those contributions and messages to thefoothills@coonarahouse.org.au.

Thanks and happy reading.
